The Mission

Military branches exist to protect Americans from external threats. The United States Medical Force (USMF) would protect Americans from the threats that actually impact us every day: illness, healthcare shortages, and disasters.

USMF is a proposed uniformed, non-combat national service designed to provide:

• Baseline Public Care Capacity: A guaranteed network of clinics and providers
• Emergency Readiness: Rapid deployment for pandemics and disasters
• Medical Workforce Development: Debt-free education in exchange for service

This is not a proposal to replace private healthcare. USMF would exist alongside the current system as a public utility layer—a guaranteed baseline that stabilizes staffing, access, and costs when markets fail or communities are underserved.
